Rick Cavaliere

Rick Cavaliere is a proud resident of St. James and a member of the St. James team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University and has vacationed in the area for over a decade. He fell in love with St. James and made it his home in 2018. He spent his career working to help people achieve their financial and personal goals in the banking industry.

Rick loves living in St. James because of its proximity to the beach, Southport, and its slower pace of living. He is also very active in boating and the Fishing club! When he isn’t working to help his clients find their dream home, he enjoys taking on DIY projects around the home (he’s pretty handy). Rick is married to his college sweetheart, and they have one daughter who has made them very proud!

Rick’s goal as a real estate agent is to assist and advise his clients in making the best decision for them—and watching them celebrate that decision together brings him great satisfaction.
