Jay Atkinson

Jay Atkinson is the President and Managing Broker of St. James Properties LLC. Jay has over 25 years of real estate development and investment experience in a variety of asset classes. Jay was the creative force behind several highly acclaimed neighborhoods in St. James including The Reserve, a finalist for national development of the year in Golf Inc. magazine.

A native North Carolinian, Jay served on active duty in the United States Navy as a Supply Corps Officer and was deployed overseas. Jay is a 1992 graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and has an MBA from Boston University Metropolitan College. Jay is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in the state of North Carolina.
