Hi Chris - hope all is well and Dorothy and I have been meaning to send you a "thank you" but we've been very busy moving into our new home so this is long overdue. We absolutely love the home and love it here. We've only been here for about 10 days but it's been great. We remember the day we came to see you about 8 months ago to see a bunch of homes and you first showed us what became our future home and none of the other homes stood a chance against it. Chris is honest, responsive, smart and knowledgeable. We spent only three days with Chris in person, during which he showed us existing homes and then based on our conversations as we toured homes and the community took us to a builder in the community who builds the type of home we want. He has stayed engaged with us throughout the process - offering his advice and providing relevant information as we have gone through the process. We are still in contact with him, having purchased our lot and as we build our home. He is easy to work with, fun and continues to make the whole process a pleasure.
